And I believe AI will radically change how we do this.

What’s Changing?

AI is reshaping the software development process. From vibe coding in Lovable to spec-driven code generation with Tessl, AI-native development is accelerating how we go from idea to working software.

It’s already changed how we code. The next frontier is upstream — in how we discover user needs, define requirements, and decide what to build in the first place.

How will we move from discovery to requirements to code? What happens when prototyping is basically free? Will AI bring us closer to users, or further from their actual needs? These are the kinds of questions I will explore.

What to Expect

I’ll post here every couple of weeks. You can expect:

Research and analysis of new tools and patterns

Interviews with product builders working at the edge

Opinions on how strategy, discovery, and delivery are changing

Who It’s For

If you’re navigating how AI is changing the way we discover and deliver products — especially in the enterprise — I hope you’ll follow along.

Thanks for reading. Let’s see where this goes.
